Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your KitSort account and all associated data directly from the app, or by contacting us.
Option 1: Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within KitSort:
- Open KitSort and sign in to your account
- Tap your profile avatar (top right) to open Settings
- Scroll to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion twice when prompted
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you are unable to access the app, send an email to support@kitsort.app from the email address associated with your account. Please include:
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Your registered email address
- Any additional details to help us locate your account
We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your user account and authentication credentials
- All collection data (catalog entries, photos, metadata)
- Your profile information (avatar, display name)
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
Some data may be retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (e.g., payment records for up to 10 years).
